Children are our most valuable assets, thus it is our duty to take care of and give our best for them. Often, seeing the smile over their innocent faces is oasis in the midst of the desert of our every day lives.

For some people, to be able to work with children is a blessing. To get involved in each step of children's development is a great deal of happiness. Then we could say that teachers are the fortunate and blessed ones. Day after day every teacher in this universe has the opportunity to change the world, better or worse.

Does the change a teacher can bring always sophisticated? Not at all, we may say so. Small things like a sincere smile over uniqueness, consequences over mistakes, a pat on a shoulder when good deeds be performed, avoiding negative affirmation, implementing positive affirmation, full support for their curiosity would definitely lit the fire every child has already possessed inside. And surely it will generate worthy change for planet earth. The prediction would be precise. Not only persons with intelligence that we are preparing to be, but persons with characters, persons with responsibility, persons with good deeds, unselfish and caring ones, people with hearts.

These small things are HUGE dear teachers! Let us not waste the time. Let us not waste our words. Let us not prohibit too much, but trust more. Let us not always teach but learn from the children. Let us GIVING OUT OUR BEST for every child we are working with. Your profession is not just a job, but a blessing.
